Build a Community Center

1. Srengthen our vision team by increasing meetings and involvement. Plan to meet 8-10 times within the year.

2. Evaluate costs before building as Luke 14:28 asks of us

3. Identify starters, builders, and finishers as well as our strengths and weaknesses.

4. Use the 7 M's -Men and Women, Money, Materials, Machinery, Marketing and Motivation.

Spiritual Development

1. Encourage fasting and praying among congregation.

2.Introduce a new Bible study series on biblical leadership.

3.Increase Adult Sunday School teachers and lessons.

Administration Development

1. Evaluate spiritual gifts of congregation.

2. Implement leadership workshops

3. Hold administrative training in different departments in different departments (multimedia, worship, office)
